Piper's
Story

When we saw Piper's sweet face with her big Bambi eyes on yet another ship-to-slaughter feedlot we could’t stop thinking about her and knew we had to step in.

Having saved her means she now gets to grow up and have a chance at a life full of love and purpose.

Despite having had such a rough start to her life she is all about the cuddles and LOVES being with people. Nobody can walk past her stall without receiving a friendly nicker.

Over the past year she's done a lot of growing and has evened out her youthful skeleton (our guess is that she stands at around 13hh). The vet ages her at around 3.5 years and we've been giving her a lot of time to mature.

But it's not just treats and turn outs. This young lady has excellent ground manners and is learning (fast) what it means to have a saddle, bridle and person walk with her, and how to respond to our human demands.

Everything with Piper is easy! We can't wait to see who will be so lucky as to give her a forever home soon.
