"Nöe" Too Soon To Know

Our OTTB Nöe is a typical case for what happens with unwanted horses in the US.

Whether she was too slow for racing or too difficult to train, all we know is that she got dumped at Mike's livestock auction with her time running out fast to avoid getting shipped to slaughter.

We took her on knowing only that she's a 2017 OTTB mare and quickly realized that she would need a lot of rehabilitation to undo whatever trauma she came from.

​

After a bit over a year of the best physical care and diligent rehab training we couldn't be more surprised by her.

​

She now walks, trots, canters, has been started over small jumps and put on trail. She even will enjoy a nice bareback ride around the barn.
